Palm Bay boy, age 15yr accused of recording teens
having sex and sharing the video on Snapchat, according to police.
On April 24th, Police officers were contacted about the video by the
teenage girl who was in the clip, according to the affidavit. She told
police she had sexual encounters with two boys on April 15 and learned
of the video about a week later when friends saw it on the social media
platform.
The boy who shared the video briefly appears in the
clips as the other teens were having sex, the affidavit states. The
other two teens said they did not give him permission to record.
The 15-year-old boy was charged last month with production and
distribution of child pornography and video voyeurism. Police also
charged him with providing a false report to law enforcement because
during his first interview, he denied having a cellphone.
