Snapchat adapts Stories for groups

Snapchat is bringing groups to stories. The Story feature, which lets you take a collection of photos and videos, jazz them up with text and graphics, and send them out to specific friends for a 24-hour period, added a dose of cooperation on Tuesday.  A new feature, custom Stories, will allow collaboration with friends and family for group stories, which Snapchat parent Snap says is "perfect for a trip, a birthday party, or those new baby Snaps for family members across the country."

Bitcoin Enters Top 5 Google Searches

Bitcoin has made the top 5 Google search requests Monday, according to data from Google Trends. The results from the US indicate that ‘Bitcoin’ received over 200,000 searches, making it the fifth most popular term. Ethereum made the top 20 results, coming in at number 18.

Lung cancer ups suicide risk in men

Men diagnosed with lung cancer had a nine-fold increased risk of suicides, the highest compared to breast, prostate, colorectal cancer, researchers say. The study showed the overall suicide rate in patients with any kind of cancer, compared to the general population, was 60 per cent higher.
