Church's Tithing Refund Program - Wrong or Right.
This is an idea of a church to refund Tithing to selected members and non active members who had contributed/paid his
or her tithe to the church within a particular period of time through to this era where the pandemic COVID-19 has caused many lost of lives & livelihood.
