FOOD SECURITY: NAFDAC, NBC -Recall Sales/Distribution of Eva Premium Table Water 75cl

RECALL SALES/DISTRIBUTIONS OF EVA PREMIUM TABLE WATER 75CL

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has directed Nigerian Bottling Company Limited to withdraw sales/distribution of Eva
Premium Table Water 75cl and implores the public to stop the consumption/purchase as a precautionary step pending investigation. 

Whatzhuplag gathered that the company had voluntarily reported on June 20, 2019, a change in colour of the product from colourless to light green and presence of particles in two lots according to NAFDAC post on their twitter page. 

All distributors, wholesalers and retailers are implore by NAFDAC to immediately stop the distribution & sale of the affected Eva Premium Table Water 75cl and return the product affected in their possession to Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd, Asejire, Ibadan, Oyo State. #NafdacALERT
