True leadership is measured by what happen after you die. Which is the reason why true leaders don't invest in Buildings, the greatest leader of all time never build a building, He invested in people around Him.
A true leader invest in people because Success without a Successor is a Failure. Your legacy should not be in Buildings, Programmes, A Projects, but your legacy should be people.
The greatest act of a leader is Mentoring. Who are you mentoring to take your place?

A true leader works themselves out of the Job. They measure their greatness by their absence.
The greatest leader of all time once said "It is better for you that i go away, if i do not go away, you won't be great. My absence is your greatness." He proved His greatness by leaving, walking away.
If you die today as a leader, what happens to your business or all your investments as an Individual, a Business man or as a Pastor? If your business dies when you die, you are a failure!
Identify your Successors, try hard as you can to Mentor & Train them.
What happen after you left is your legacy.
